Shape artists

Today in Art, we have been discovering the amazing ceramic work of Magdalene Odundo. She spoke about how she has been inspired by the number eight shape. She uses lots of curved lines and shapes to create her designs. A fascinating fact we found out was that her plans are not only done on paper but on the floors and even walls! We set to work practising and experimenting with curved lines to create 3D images from 2D lines and shapes.
