We are now adapting to our new routines and staying at home on order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. We are all different and so we respond to uncertainty in different ways. When things feel out of control, it is normal to experience feelings of worry, anxiety or fear.
Over the next few weeks, we will be adding information or activities designed to support mental health. This is our priority in these challenging times.
