Wellbeing

We are now adapting to our new routines and staying at home on order to prevent the Coronavirus. We are all different and respond to uncertainty in different ways. When things feel out of control, it is normal to experience feelings of worry, anxiety or fear.

Over the next few weeks we will be adding information or activities designed to support our mental health. This is our priority in these challenging times.

Here is a link to some information about improving mental health and some activities that can be completed.

Breathe Education

It is important we look after our own mental health and that of our children during this time so here is a link to Breathe Education YouTube page. It has a selection of yoga and calming activities the children can do or that you can do as a family.
