Upcoming Events

The Covid-19 pandemic is continuing to limit the activities we can plan at the moment but the PTFA are still working hard to raise funds for the school.

More details of upcoming events will be added in the future!

The PTFA is about more than just fundraising. It exists to provide closer links between home and school. It is an excellent way to bring staff, parents and friends together socially in support of the school, working towards a common goal.

All parents and members of the school community can get involved if they want to, even if they only have a small amount of time available. All parents are automatically members of the PTFA when their children join the school.

The PTFA strives to be an integral part of the school community. The money it raises (in excess of £5000 last year) is spent on equipment and resources to enhance and improve the quality of provision in school. Our latest project which we supported in school is the re-development of the school stage.

Events

The PTFA have organised events such as

Fund Raising Activities - bingo nights, summer gala, school discos, bike ride refreshments.

School Social Events - Christmas play refreshments, discos.

In the pipeline this year are a Film night, Chocolate Bingo and much, much more! 

If you can attend meetings, support individual events or even provide some new ideas please contact a member of staff or parent member as your involvement would be greatly appreciated.

Meetings

We have meetings every half term to discuss new fund raising ideas. These are advertised on the website and in the school newsletter. Please come along and give us your support - no matter how much or little time you can spare.
